About
Born on the small island of Sri Lanka, Samuel and his family moved to Toronto, Canada, when he was 5 years old after experiencing an ethnic civil war, where they narrowly escaped death. Throughout his early childhood and teenage years, Samuel experienced a call by God into full-time ministry that he began in his early 20’s. He spent the first 10 years of ministry in the US and the remaining in Canada.
He married his beautiful wife Ann in 2015 and they both enjoy the privilege of raising their son and daughter.
Samuel has a graduate diploma (GDip) and Masters in Theological Studies (MTS) from Tyndale University and Seminary (Toronto), a ThM from Wycliffe College at the University of Toronto and is currently pursuing his Doctorate at Fuller Seminary in Adaptive Leadership.
He is the Interim Lead Pastor at The Bridge in Markham, Ontario.
Samuel is passionate about sports, technology, politics, music and theology.
